TESCO EXTRA RETAIL STORE

Pinnacle was the structural and civil engineer for this 90,000ft² Tesco Extra store. The project was a relocation and enlargement of the legacy store within the Bicester Village site opposite incorporating a restaurant, petrol filling station, 600 car park spaces and fast food unit.

The fully co-ordinated BIM project allowed Pinnacle to utilise our teams expertise to maximise value for the client. The building aesthetics are current Tesco Concept and the new look and feel provides a gateway project to the emerging Bicester Business Park.

Pinnacle’s way of working offered flexibility, reliability and attention to detail to deliver the project in a tight 28 week programme ensuring the store was opened on time, right first time.
