A truly ground-breaking multi-storey light industrial building comprising of 25 flatted factory units and 20 SME units, management office, and café facilities spread over five levels and connected via a helical ramp, providing proof of concept for urban multi-level logistics and industrial provision.

Pinnacle developed and managed the scheme from planning phase up to completion, working closely with client, architects and main contractor to develop specific details for this innovative development (a first in London).
