The development includes 253 detached, semi-detached, and terraced houses with 2-4 bedrooms, 208 duplex units with 1-3 bedrooms, and 62 apartments with 1-3 bedrooms. The plan includes pedestrian and cyclist routes, access to neighbouring lands, and infrastructure throughout the site.

Other features include demolition of existing buildings, landscaping, drainage, SuDS, infrastructure, car and bicycle parking (including EV facilities), bin stores, and public lighting. The site is divided into four neighbourhood zones.
