A 105,000 square foot mixed use development in London on a constrained site.

This project is currently out to tender for a design and build contract. Pinnacle have been appointed to provide civil and structural engineering services and were given three weeks to develop RIBA Stages 3 and 4 and issue a tender pack. This was achieved accurately and competently by the Norwich office.

Challenges on the site include mixed ground conditions, existing foundation obstructions, an existing culverted watercourse, existing adopted foul sewers crossing the site, multiple adjacent property owners creating party wall issues, and the adjacent railway line with Transport For London (TFL).
