FEASIBILITY AND DUE DILIGENCE

As part of a multidisciplinary team, we completed multi-stage environmental, construction and structural due diligence reports for twelve sites in Germany and Austria. The sites were considered for future construction by our North American corporate clients in the data center industry. In addition, we also prepared master plan studies for optional layouts and off-site infrastructure provision.

We supported our clients during construction, as well as during acceptance and post-completion investigations, enabling them to confidently move forward in the right way for them, fully informed of the risks and opportunities involved. The results were presented in a report with a structural risk assessment matrix to enable the client to engage the contractor more effectively.
