DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, WARRINGTON

This client required the retro-fitment of a new base build shed approximately 350,000ft² to incorporate two 300,000ft² mezzanine floors and a new two-storey office building on the 42 acre site.

The project was required incredibly urgently, so we devised a fast-track construction programme that employed resources and assets 24 hours per day to speed the build time and to deliver the project on time.
