WHAT OUR APPRENTICES SAY
“Since joining Pinnacle a year ago as an Apprentice Structural Technician; I’ve experienced a great deal of encouragement and support in everything I have done whether it be at work or in my studies. I have just finished my first year of a BTEC Level 3 course in Construction and the Built Environment, achieving distinction level. I have enjoyed the challenge of a steep learning curve allowing me to undertake larger and more challenging projects. I look forward to furthering my education and career with Pinnacle.”
Aaron Riordan, Apprentice Structural Technician - 2018 Apprentice Programme
"I started Pinnacle in September 2016 as an Apprentice Business Administrator. The company supported me in achieving my BTEC qualification in Business Administration with Oaklands College in May 2018. Pinnacle gave me time to complete my college assignments within working hours, and to have regular visits from my tutor. By doing an apprenticeship and working within the workplace whilst studying, I was able to put into practice what I had learned in theory; helping me to develop new skills more efficiently. As a result, I was promoted to Business Support Administrator in September 2018."
Emma Headington, Business Support Administrator - 2016 Apprentice Programme
"Since joining Pinnacle 3 years ago as an Apprentice, I have received an amazing amount of support and encouragement from everyone throughout the business. Within those 3 years Pinnacle have helped me achieve a double Merit BTEC Level 3 diploma in Construction and the built environment (Civil Engineering), Level 2 & 3 Diploma in IT User Skills (QCF) and have also sent me onto a Excitech 3 day Revit. I am now undertaking the BTEC HND Civil Engineering with the support of Pinnacle".
