‘I started Pinnacle in September 2016 as an Apprentice Business Administrator. The company supported me in achieving my BTEC qualification in Business Administration with Oaklands College in May 2018. Pinnacle gave me time to complete my college assignments within working hours, and to have regular visits from my tutor. By doing an apprenticeship and working within the workplace whilst studying, I was able to put into practice what I had learned in theory; helping me to develop new skills more efficiently. As a result, I was promoted to Business Support Administrator in September 2018.’
